Tulip Festival - Arundel Castle, West Sussex - 16th April 2020
Martin Duncan, head gardener at Arundel Castle in West Sussex, tends to the 80,000 tulips that are currently in bloom. Visitors would normally see the spectacular display as part of the annual tulip festival which is closed due to Coronavirus.
The stunning labyrinth of tulips photographed by drone adds a unique aerial perspective as it sits in front of Arundel Cathedral of Our Lady and Saint Philip Howard.
"We’re grateful to have such a wonderful array of tulips and spring flowers to inspire and cheer us all up at this time, yet we are greatly missing welcoming our first visitors of spring." Martin Duncan, head gardener.
New photos of the display will be made available to give visitors a virtual tour online.
